Overview
Bay Marine Works was engaged by Bellingham Marine to complete the underwater installation of stainless steel brackets securing precast concrete seawall panels to supporting piles in Tauranga.

Scope of Work

• Underwater installation of stainless bracket assemblies
• Placement and removal of temporary C-clamps for alignment
• Measurement and verification of bracket positioning to engineering tolerances
• Installation and torqueing of stainless steel tie rods to specified settings
• Coordination between commercial dive team, surface crews, and engineers

Outcome
The project required precision alignment and torque control to achieve long-term structural integrity and corrosion resistance. Bay Marine Works delivered a safe, efficient, and technically compliant installation under challenging marine conditions.
